Some people say that the cause of most people's suffering is when reality fails to confirm to their expectations of it. The trick is to let go of expectations and just go with the flow. So regardless of what people expect of you, or expect you to be - the version of me birthed in your mind - or what you expect of yourself, you are what you are are; and accepting that leads to happier places than railing against what is...whatever the 'you' that is doing the being actually is (but that's a poem for another day :-)
